Breda McEnaney

Breda McEnaney has over 30 years experience in the hotel industry internationally, having worked in France, Ireland, England, Africa, the USA, the Middle East, Bulgaria and Poland. Breda lectured in Marketing, Hotel-Brand Development and Customer-Experience Design (CXD). 

 Before moving to Paris in 2014 Breda ran her own business, which provided hotel-advisory services to hotel owners and large financial institutions, specializing in performance reviews and developing and implementing turnaround strategies for distressed hotel assets. 

 During her time with PwC Dublin Breda managed a multi-disciplinary team of consultants providing advisory and strategy services to the hotel, tourism and leisure sector. Breda was responsible for developing hotel concepts and supporting business strategies capable of boosting both revenue and profits. 

Breda worked at Crowe for four years, where she managed a small team of researchers and hotel advisors. The hotel strategy team provided advisory services to developers and investors who wanted to buy hotels or build new hotels. Core services included assessing viability, market studies, negotiating franchise agreements and/or management contracts. 

 Every hotel business strategy starts and ends with a deep understanding of the market and more importantly the customer. Breda’s hotel experience has taught her to always focus on understanding the customer and to combine that insight with extensive market knowledge, to develop successful business strategies. 

Tim Whyte

Tim Whyte was the Regional Director of Western Europe for the Radisson Hotel Group, overseeing a portfolio of 25 hotels in four countries, encompassing managed, franchised and leased hotels. 

Since transferring to France in 2014 Tim has turned around several significant hotel assets in Paris, Brussels, Nice & Lyon, resulting in EBITDA growth of several million euro at a time when the French hotel market faced a number of exceptional challenges, including terrorist attacks. 

 As part of his role Tim took over as General Manager of the Radisson Blu Disney Hotel where he developed and managed a top-down review that led to the property achieving record revenue and profit growth.

Tim was previously the Regional Director for Radisson in Ireland, responsible for an asset portfolio comprised of 15 hotels, mostly under the Radisson Blu brand. During this time Tim oversaw the return to profitability of the group in Ireland. 

Tim was nominated for General Manager of the Year for two years running by the Irish Hospitality Institute. During his tenure Radisson also won Best Hotel Group of the Year.

Prior to Radisson Tim worked for Crowe Horwath in their corporate-finance team.

Although Tim’s hotel career began in finance, which remains a core competence, his career path has seen him develop considerable strength as a manager of the day-to-day operations of large hotels. In each and every role he has taken on he has significantly increased EBITDA while also improving customer feedback. Tim is a qualified accountant and mediator and speaks French.  

George Chauve

Regional Manager

Georges Chauve has worked in the hotel industry all his life. He has managed, at a senior level, a wide variety of hotels in France and overseas.  George has managed large mid-scale and upper-scale luxury hotels for a number of global hotel brands. 

George brings to each hotel project his extensive experience, expertise and a deep understanding of the market, its challenges and the issues facing any large hotel operation. 

 

 

Stephanie Cazalbou

Stephanie Cazalbou

General Management

Stephanie Cazalbou has over 15 years of experience working in Hotel Revenue Management. She has deep industry experience and expertise and has worked for a number of large global hotel brands.

 During her career in hotels, Stephanie has worked in Europe and in the US. She worked for Interstate Hotels and Resorts and Crestline Hotels. Stephanie was Area Director of Revenue Management before joining Manotel in Switzerland as Revenue Manager.

 She joined the Radisson Hotel group as Revenue Manager for the Radisson Hotel in Disneyland Paris. Shortly after joining the Radisson team she was appointed Director Revenue Optimization in charge of driving total profitable revenue for the Benelux area, Italy and Spain.

 Stephanie is French and speaks fluent English as well as conversational Arabic and Spanish.

She holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from IMHI (ESSEC/ Cornell).
